Great Çamlıca Hill

Great Çamlıca Hill

Camlıca Hill

Great (Büyük) Çamlica Hill is the highest point of Istanbul. The best and most beautiful views of Istanbul are seen from here. It is divided into two as Büyük Çamlıca hill and Küçük Çamlıca hill.
The Büyük Çamlica Hill is 265 meters above sea level. It is approximately 4 km from Üsküdar district on the Asian side of Istanbul.

It is very enjoyable to watch the Bosphorus, Marmara Sea, Princes' Islands, Golden Horn and Istanbul European Side views from Büyük Çamlica Hill.

There are very nice restaurants, cafes, green areas, hiking and excursion trails, sports fields and children's parks on Büyük Çamlıca hill.
You can have your breakfast, lunch or dinner in the restaurants on Büyük Çamlıca hill and sip your hot tea and coffee with the perfect Bosphorus view.
In the Garden Cafeteria, there are kiosks with options such as bagels, baked potatoes, pancakes, meatballs, hamburgers, döner kebabs and pizzas.

The Çamlıca Hills is a popular destination for migratory birds in Autumn. It is the best place in Istanbul where migratory birds can be observed most clearly and for a long time. Ideal for bird watchers.
